Chencharu Acres is bounded by Yishun Street 82, Yishun Walk, and Yishun Avenue 2. The project comprises 12 residential blocks of 15 storeys each, including 1 block dedicated to rental flats. 1,582 units of 2-room Flexi, 3-room, 4-room, and 5-room flats in the remaining 11 blocks are offered as Standard flats. Of these 11 blocks, 3 blocks will include 28 rental flats each, while another block will include 14 rental flats.

Inspired by the town’s agricultural past, the name ‘Chencharu Acres’ evokes the charm of former villages in Yishun, where plantations and farms once thrived. This connection is carried through the project’s landscape design, with a central green at its heart featuring children’s playgrounds, fitness stations, and communal spaces for residents to gather.
