Bayshore Sails

Bounded by Bayshore Road and Bayshore Drive, Bayshore Sails is located in the Bayshore estate in Bedok. The project consists of 7 residential blocks ranging from 7 to 34 storeys, and offers 1,637 units of 2-room Flexi, 3-room, and 4-room flats. 1 of the blocks will house an additional 58 units of rental flats. The sold flats are offered as Plus flats.

Taking inspiration from its location near the water and the historic sailboat races in Bedok, Bayshore Sails features a nautical-inspired design. The roof crowns of the residential blocks reference the curved form of mainsails and the sloping form of headsails, while wave-inspired elements and horizontal bands across the façades further evoke the movement of the water. A number of the 4-room flats will also feature full-height windows for residents to enjoy views towards East Coast Park.

Bayshore Sails will come with shops and an eating house, as well as community facilities including preschools, residents’ network centre, Active Ageing Centre (Care), and kidney dialysis centre. Recreational facilities such as children’s playgrounds, fitness stations, and a hardcourt will also be provided. Residents can enjoy more green and recreational spaces at the roof gardens atop the Multi-Storey Car Park (MSCP) and preschool block, as well as at the ninth storey of residential blocks fronting Bayshore Drive.
